Each service is delivered according to the package selected (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3) at the time of purchase.
2. Order Fulfillment
Project Timeline:
Standard turnaround time (TAT) for all services is 10 business days from project start, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery timelines may vary based on project scope or client responsiveness.
Customer Responsibilities:
Clients must provide all necessary content (e.g., text, images, logos, product information) before project commencement.
Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery timeline.
Revisions:
Tier 1 packages include 1 round of minor revisions.
Tier 2 packages include 2 rounds of revisions.
Tier 3 packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
Completion:
A project is considered complete once the agreed deliverables have been fulfilled and approved, or after 14 days of no communication from the client post-delivery.
3. Order Fulfillment
Full payment is required upfront for all packages unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All prices are listed in USD.
Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, provided no work has begun.
Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a partial refund based on the work completed.
Refund Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our services, completed projects are non-refundable.
If dissatisfied, clients may request revisions within the limits outlined in the selected package.
5. Client Communication
All communications will be conducted via email, project management tools, or scheduled meetings.
Clients must respond to project-related queries within 3 business days to keep projects on schedule.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final, approved deliverables will transfer to the client.
Gani Mukan reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gani Mukan is not liable for any loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, profits, or search engine rankings.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
